Our Bear Knob property, located in Crawford Tennessee consists of two adjoining parcels totaling 11.1 acres.  It sits at the end of a cul-de sac, with a perfectly-positioned, two-acre home-seat sitting at the top of the knob. 

Important to note – a very special feature of this property which the photos do not illustrate – behind the house seat, is a trail that resembles a “winding staircase”.  To best describe this – the trail starts at the end of the knob and wraps around the entire home-seat, leading to what we’d like to refer to as a woodland oasis – In this valley, you will find approximately four level-ish acres sitting next to nearly 650 feet of year-round creek.  While this area could perfectly be left untouched and kept as your own personal hiking retreat, we’d suggest this “second level” of secluded valley land would make for a perfect garden area or creekside cabin oasis.

Bear Knob’s peak elevation is 1,795 feet and is situated west of Cub Mountain and Southeast of Little Mountain, this particular property offers encapsulating sunset views overlooking Daddy’s Ridge, some of which can be seen in the photos below.
